*If buying a design or paying Gnome to make one, the customer will get to keep the design and do whatever they want with it except 1. selling the design to another person and 2. claiming the design was made by someone who is not Gnome*An additional child/teen/adult form of the character sprite, will only be +50 USD if bought/commissioned in one go together. If the additional form needs Gnome to make a design for it, you will need to pay another 80 USDSimple or colour gradient backgrounds are free, more complicated backgrounds may increase the price around, please inquire

Upon commissioning Gnome, you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to all of the following:

General Information

Gnome owns the rights to all artwork they have drawn, and it will not be used in the use or making of AI, NFTs or any commercial/money-profiting scenerios. It is purely for personal use
Gnome can share the art on their social media or show it to other people(though solely for personal reasons or for their portfolio)
If you are interested in buying the rights or plan to use it for commercial processes, please bring that up and we will discuss additional costs
You will not claim or say that the piece is something you drew
If you have a deadline where you need this piece done, please tell before commissioning as it may affect prices but also if Gnome will accept
Gnome has the right to refuse or cancel the commission at ANY point and if so, the customer will get a full refund
Life may get in the way so there is always the risk of possible delays in recieving the piece. If more than a month has passed since the promised delivery date(and gnome fails to communicate/send a notice), then the customer will get a 20% refund alongside the finished piece
The prices are currently listed in USD as that's what majority of Gnome's customer's are from, if you are not from the US, Gnome can do the conversions for you

Money, Pricing, Refunds

Communication

You will be given the choice of paying the full amount up front or 80% up front and the remaining 20% when the piece is finished
All payment is done in USD and through paypal or kofi
Changes during initial sketching process are allowed but changes during the final stretch will bring additional charges
Refunds will not be applicable after the piece is finished or half-completed

Communication will be done on either Discord or Instagram, the customer is allowed to pick
Gnome will send you progress updates every 7-14 days
Gnome will contact the customer if they need clarification or want to see feedback on something the customer wanted different or changed
Please contact/communicate if you have changed usernames or moved social media platforms!
